Stress Awareness.

Stress isn’t a new thing it’s always happened and it always will. Britain has been suffering from a credit crunch since 2009 and many other tough times like World War 1 and 2 1914 – 1918 and 1939 – 1945.
Stress is the biggest killer of all. Many people have got to the point they don’t feel as if life is worth living. At the end of this report I will leave some websites for those of you who feel you need emotion or even counselling support.
Stress can make people feel angry and worried, which can cause people a lot Anxiety and depression. This can be just as bad if not even worse for those of us who suffer from Anxiety and depression ready. If you don’t have disabilities and health problems as it is this credit crunch is enough to cause you to.
What can cause stress?
·      Loss of business
·      Loss of Job
·      Loss of home
·      Moving house
·      Loss of family
·      Relationship break up
·      Marriage break up
·      Divorce
·      Caring for children
·      Being a child
·      Caring for people with disabilities and health problems
·      Being someone with disabilities and health problems.
·      Benefit cuts and appeals.
Its big worry that the councils have cut back, which it makes it hard for people to find homes yet people can’t afford to buy homes.

Disabled cuts 2014.

My name is Sara Jane Gorman. I have been working as learning disability and mental health awareness trainer for nearly 7yrs. I have disabilities and health problems my self. I used to work at Royal Wolverhampton Mencap, which has folded through the cut now. Now I work 4 an Advocacy service called 1 Voice in Wolverhampton. I guess people are aware that a lot of services are and or have cut back. Disabilities and mental health services are two of those services. Peoples' support seems 2 be the main topic the government seem 2 be cutting back on services. People are getting less and less help with jobs in the home, personal care, education, employment, benefits, health and etc.
A lot of people have even had their benefits cut by the government; therefore they have to go through appeals. It can take about twelve mouths or even longer before their appeal comes through. During the waiting time they are living on very little money. Many people have even lost their lives through their health problems and through the stress of their money been stopped. Many people have even been signed off fit for work when they haven’t been fit for work, which is another cause of why a lot of people have lost their lives.

The government needs to wake up to the fact that the lives of people with disabilities and health problems are as just as information as other peoples’ lives. The government has not got a clue what it feels like if they had to rely on others most of their lives but then support isn't always possible when they need it.

When it comes to having your benefits cut it becomes a very big and it's not very nice for anyone to live on such little money. When you face these problems it's so easy to feel alone but then there's thousands of people who are going through the same or not much different to what are. If you or anyone you know are facing these problems, if would like to chat to others in the same situation.

There are other reasons why people join Disabled People Against cut (DPAC) like a lot of Disabled services
Going through cuts.

It's a big worry that Britain has lost roughly 10'600 disabled people through these people losing their benefits. Having very little money to live on. A lot of disabled people have died within 6 weeks of losing their benefits since 2011.

800'000 disabled people employed on Job Seekers Allowance have had their money stopped and lived off nothing for the year alone.
The government is killing vulnerable people this has got to stopped.
There's lots of people with nothing with them, claiming benefits, claiming to be  ill and disabled so they don't have to work because they don't want to. You'd think with today's computer's system the government would work harder at tracking the benefit cheats down.

Most disabled people want to work no matter how unwell and disabled we are but then there's limit on what a lot of people can do. There's plenty out there nothing wrong with them who won't even take the chance of a job yet disabled people will but can't be accepted so the government needs to wake up. In situation disabled people can cope with and the right our lives should just as equal as much as anyone's. The government is cutting back money on the wrong things when disabled people need support to live our lives, not that we are saying life lives all around us.
