What is anger? What is the difference, the same, between anger and anxiety?
There are no excuses for bad behaviors and taking it out on people, but no Mental illness helps. It can be serious without the right treatment and support, people may be a danger to others, themselves, or both.
Mental illness is not an excuse, it is not on purpose or intentional, in fact without the right support and treatment it can be serious.
It is all down to the person to try and open to try and get help, treatment, etc, or someone brave enough to make them aware they may be facing a mental illness.
People who face any mental illness not just anger need to know there is help there and admit it to themselves, but I also understand it is not easy because no one wants to be misunderstood, no one wants to be blamed, feel guilty, etc. Really no one should have to be ashamed, guilty, etc of having a mental illness but somehow some people do.
Even though these days more than ever before there is still a lot of people who are still afraid to open up about mental illness there are also a lot of people who have.
We have come a long way, but we still have a long way to go.
The hardest part is beating mental illness before it beats you.
The important thing is that you are not alone, even if you do not have anyone who faces the same as you there are people who face the same, you just may not know them and you need to face those who face the same, so you start feeling less alone. Where you may feel less named and shamed and you may be less likely to harm those who have never done any harm to you, even those who have not brought yourself down to their level.
The reason I am explaining this is because it is easy to think when you hear the word anger, some of us may misunderstand people for not being nice people but really we do not know anyone’s mind only our own.
I am not saying one way or the other whether it makes things right or wrong, whatever the situation may be.
To be honest mental illness is not an easy subject but is an important subject. To be truly honest, let’s be honest none of us know what makes each other click, it could be nothing, some things, it could be everything. Whether it is people know and people who we do not, family, friends, etc.
This is not always the case, so why does this happen? The main cause may be what the person has seen in their family, someone else in the family may have had family issues whether they knew it or not. Family history, Family rows, fallouts, parents splitting up, divorce, even some peoples’ parents still together even those they may not be getting on, which can go on for years or they never split up. This does not do a child any favors and it could affect them the rest of their lives.
This may affect how they are towards people in their lives. Some people may even be in trouble, committing crimes, etc. Anger may not be the only mental illness that may cause these problems. It may not be always the case depending on the person, the extreme of the anger, mild, minor, or major. Whether they are getting help, treatment, etc, and how much, how little.
What is Anger? According to research, it says Anger is good. When heard that even I, included wonder the answer to that question. Do you think that is anger good? It is and is not. It is good to get what you are thinking, feeling, etc off your chest they say but off your mind.
Not everyone does that or most go about it the wrong way.
Now even though I am no angel, none of us are, I have done wrong things and gone about things the wrong way, no one is alone in that one.
Like I do, a lot of us know that but for a lot of us, it becomes easier said than done.
Taking it out on those who have not done any harm to you or those you protect is not the answer and guess many of us have done that at some point,
those who have done what they did to you really is not the answer because it makes you as bad as them.
When comes to family history, you may not be able to do anything anyway because most of those people are not alive. That does not mean it does not give you the right to not feel upset, angry etc but to get help, treatment, etc that may help you manage, which I know is easy for me to say it does not take it away, but it may help you to manage it better.
How do I manage my anger?
Anger is one of the important Mental illnesses to learn to manage and try to get treatment and support for the safety of others and your safety, even though it is good to get it out of your system. It is important to be honest with yourself and know how bad your anger is and if you are struggling to manage it Infront of people, you need tips on how to manage yourself before you even find out where there is help for others and if you are supporting someone who is facing Anger or any other mental illness if it comes to that, you need to let know that and give them basic tips how they could try to help themselves and the rest up to them.
This is not an easy subject so sorry if I say too much. Firstly, this chapter is for professionals to help clients deal with anger and for how clients could deal with it themselves if they choose to whether they have disabilities or not. I do understand that most services can face cutbacks in most countries like the UK; to be able to do their jobs so in the meantime, it may be hard for people to deal with their own mental health.
You could be trying to help yourself or others deal with anger or any other way you may be feeling negative.
It may be one reason, more than one or nothing at all, which hard for people to understand who is not going through it. Thinking about it bothers you and why.
You could be tired, or over-tired, it may be something you're drinking, not drinking, eating, not eating, many reasons it may be or not be. The hardest thing you need to do is admit it to yourself.
I am not always right but one of many things most of us fear is the truth, blame, and guilt. You may or may not know someone or others in similar situations but even if you do not those people are out there, and you are not alone. It is hard to understand unless you know them or come across them.
Think about how your mood is, how it is not, how you feel inside, and more.
You may not be but if you are facing addictions such as smoking, drinking heavy alcohol,l etc, you may need to think about what to do about that. Do not get me wrong, I have been there myself I am not going to judge, name, or shame you, they are the hardest things to come to an end, whatever the case may be, I just want to thank you for being brave enough to read this book.
Another thing to think about is how have you been sleeping? Have you been struggling to sleep?
Are you eating too little, handy at all, too much?
So sorry for the questions but a lot of these things make a difference not only the way you feel, think, behave, react, etc but what it does and does not do to your body as well as your brain. I am not a health professional, I am not always right, but through what I have faced myself. Remember I am still learning just like us all.
You may need to try and get in touch with professionals and tell them what’s going on so they can either suggest things to you or signpost you elsewhere.
If you are trying to help a person or people what I have just said, this I advise you is what I just said you need to be telling them.
Now I, again, have been no angel, I was a heavy smoker and heavy drinker for example, and I did not make good choices in life.
When being in the moments of feeling negative, mainly for a certain length of time, it is very easy to make not good choices in life, thinking it will calm things down, in moments it probably does but then your problems are always there the next day. If this is you, you are not alone and you are not in trouble whatever the case may be, no one has any right to judge you and tell you you are doing wrong. There are plenty of others in your situation. I will never make you feel you are to blame, Make you guilty or you not alone, etc. No one is forcing you to open but no one is a mind reader if you do not open either. Every smoker and everyone who drinks alcohol knows it is not good for you but it is not an easy one to give up or cut down but if you can better it is for you.
I stopped smoking and cut down drinking after many years but that does not make me any better than the next person.
If you ask me if admitting it to yourself and others is the hardest? I would say both. Others in my situation or similar may say something different.
Let us get down to what really what did chapter is about by giving some suggestions you could manage your mental illness and may be trying to help others manage theirs, just by suggesting things. There are people with and without disabilities and other problems but it may be hard for those with disabilities and other problems to manage without the right support. Some conditions such as ADHD and Autism can be emotional problems of their own so please learn you can understand that.
I see no right or wrong way to manage, only how people feel how comfortable to manage but remember to think about others around you. Quite a bit I have researched off another site, some things I knew already.
Firstly, ask yourself how you are feeling and why you are feeling it, the same as thinking, behavior, reacting, and more.
Why are you feeling this way? This could mean. A person or people.
They say get yourself out of the situation but that may or may not be easy for you.
Try to do things you enjoy but that may be hard if you are struggling to concentrate.
Have you got friends or family you can talk to? This may be easy to say I know.
Before doing that, think very carefully whether you
feel safe at this point to talk to people, not only thinking about your safety but there’s as well,
if it is an anger situation you may not be thinking as you may be thinking normally,
most people may not want to try and help if you take it out on them.
Be mindful if you are drinking alcohol because alcohol is likely to change your behavior.
Make sure to talk to someone you can trust.
If you are online consider your safety and the safety of the person or people you are talking to.
If you do not think it is a good idea that you should talk to someone yet, maybe this could be a time if you are feeling angry,

Difference and the same between Autism Spectrum and Asperger syndrome
What is the difference between autism spectrum and Asperger syndrome, what is the same?
As confusing as this sounds that (AS) and (ADS) are not these days classed as separate forms of Autism anymore, which understandably throws everyone, even me. Your question and my question in too, not if I am right or wrong you are thinking the same, which is.
How is that? It makes no sense. You would be right to think it makes no sense at all but if, but I guess maybe when we get used to how it is set out, it may be less confusing.
A page or few pages ago, I wrote about different levels of Autism, which is the way someone has changed the way of explaining Autism is why that is I have no ideas, and not if anyone knows why but I sure may have good reasons to do it this way.
All the same (As) and (ADs) have their own differences and parts of form Autism that cause the problems.
Therefore there is very little difference between the forms of Autism, which now is considered as one big developmental disorder. (ASD) compared to (AS) face milder speech problems but that may vary, to be honest.
For both forms difficulty with communication with society, we find it hard in different ways to one another, difficulty with social imagination. By a guess I have (AS), I have motor skills and gripping problems, poor co-oration, and I struggle with my strength which is known as Dyspraxia, which is linked to Autism.
It is not shown, in fact, it is very hidden, which makes it very hard for a person to prove themselves, unless others spend a lot of time with them, which is not always possible.
However,’ they say (ASD) people do not appear to have learning disabilities, again sorry am confused on that one because I am? The answer is we do have learning disabilities though, which is hidden, and classed more as learning difficulties, conditions can be linked, it may be one or all such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, etc, which may linked to mental illnesses such as Anxiety and or Depression. Communication, little language, speaking in the same tone, being unable to understand facial expressions, mixing words up like you and I, repeating what others say.
Movements, flapping hands, rocking, twirling toes, talking about and repeating the same topic, which varies to how long they talk about something to when that changes to when the next topic lasts for so for, having fixed routines, upset and anxiety by change, may appear nervous even if the change positive, sensitive to sound, smells, taste, etc; misunderstanding people’s thoughts, feelings, actions etc. Asperger syndrome (AS) comes under Autism Spectrum Disorder (ADS). They both cause social interaction but (ASD) does not cause people to struggle with thinking and language problems both (AS) and ASD) behavior and relationship problems around people in general, mainly from my experience if I do not know them. Even though I have not been diagnosed by professionals.
Human behavior
There are at least five types of human behavior mentally, physically, socially, psychologically.
As we all know, friendships and relationships link to social behavior, which is sociology, and mental behavior psychology.
One of the causes in some cases etc not necessarily all. Is peoples’ family, background, and upbringing.
Some people may have been raised for it to be okay to behave angry, aggressive, or violently towards others, which is hard for us who haven’t been raised that way to understand. However,’ we all have faults every single one of us but how we behave is all different extremes.
You may have been brought up to not complain about anything, which behavior-wise is good in the sense of health and safety but what is not good is to keep the negative inside of you but also not to bring yourself down to someone else’s level. Therefore, what is the answer to all this?
Anger is an emotional reaction.
It can make people stressed, anxious, emotional, and even depressed. Ashamed, embarrassed, helpless, hopeless, useless, jealous, grief, frustrated, insecure, lonely, etc.
People with Autism face high levels of anxiety but that doesn’t mean other people don’t too.
For example; struggling with changes.
Like when routine must change, which may take some getting used to.
The unexpected may make them feel stressed, anxious, or even angry.
When someone fears a certain situation but has no choice regarding the matter, it makes them stressed, angry, anxious, etc.
Anger is not always to do with mental illnesses necessarily in some people in some situations.
Never judge a book by its cover, never judge what you don’t know.
However,’ there could be many reasons why a person feels angry. Things that make them emotional. Where they feel attacked, controlled, and powerless, by whatever might bother them.
For example; the way the governments run countries, but it plays on different peoples more so than others.
There are different levels of anger and behavior. We need to work out the different extremes of anger and behaviors in people’s mental health, health ,and safety.
It is easy when one thinks of the word anger and what it means that one understandably wants to shy away from it because in case someone has a problem. The truth is meaning it can be one or both reasons or no reason at all.
This means someone may be facing a problem with themselves or someone else. That does not mean it makes it right or wrong but whatever it is, it is not making that person themselves, or they may be feeling this way for no reason.
This is not good because it is emotional, no one should feel ashamed, judged, etc but the safety of themselves and others matters.
However,’ it is also not good to ignore that emotion to the point it bothers the person more and more. The problem is how to draw the line for the person not harming themselves or others or just ignoring the feeling, which doesn’t do anyone any good, and fearing upsetting others may be one of the reasons why most people don’t try to get help for their mental health.
At the same time though, in some things, anger is a natural reaction.
In some cases, anger is as strange as it sounds normal, healthy, and natural where not everyone may disagree on how a person may feel because they may feel the same way, depending on what the situation is but anger is how someone feels inside themselves. Yes, there are times that someone or something is to blame but how do we deal with it in the safest possible way? That is the question.
It can be easy when we are in the moment to say or do the wrong thing. Where we need to think of whatever is bothering us to think of ways that are not going to get us into trouble.
Some things may play on the mind more than others.
Therefore, for example; Anxiety can cause someone to think about the same thing nonstop. Mainly if someone is worried about something or someone.
People have choices whether they open how they feel inside but knowing what and why people are angry, should help mental health workers to get the right support and help them.
There could be more than one reason. To know someone can take time to understand them.
It can be hard for most people why the past of negative experiences can haunt most people for so long.
Again, no one is forced to do what they don’t want or do. In fact, the truth probably is not so much most people don’t want help but the fact they may not know what to expect. Most have coped alone so long they may not be used to any other way. It may take them their own time or not all to have the confidence, and self-esteem to try even.
Most people may have seen as children and young people their parents or, and other adult’s anger get out of control with each other or even other people.
There are advantages and disadvantages to these emotions coming out, but anger is not nice to see.
For e.g.; parents and families understandably don’t like to be shown up in public but then it is hard to know when the best time for them is to express themselves and how.
What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a feeling of panic,
stress,
Emotional
Hyperventilation, sweating, trembling, intense heat rate,
worry, nervousness etc to a point most
people over worrying, thinking, lot, even tension, depending how
severe the person is facing even risk of
heart attacks, panic attacks, strokes
even deaths,
it is not always the case but can be.
Types of Anxiety.
The person could have a mixture of emotions where they want to meet new people of things changing whether it is good or bad, just the fact something is new.
They may struggle to move on from maybe some negative situations from their past.
They may struggle to have trust in others., which may be a fear whether they have Autism or not.
Post-traumatic stress disorder.
Depression, anxiety, and hopelessness.
Struggling to enjoy activities they may normally or used to enjoy.
Nightmares, flashbacks, hearing, and seeing things they may worry or even panic about.
They may worry about what someone may say reaction etc.
Nonstop thinking about what’s happened or what may happen.
They may struggle to stop thinking once someone has tried to trauma them.
Finding it hard to sleep at night or any time, insomnia.
Any situation can cause PTSD such as road accidents, sexual assault, abuse, mugging, robbery, health problems, childbirth experiences, etc. These situations can haunt the mind for a long time or forever. Really nothing goes away but most of us learn to live with the fact whatever happens.
You might need to learn about other types of Anxiety such as.

Introduction to Epilepsy.
Seizures may brought on by stress, Anxiety, panic, tension, etc apart from other causes such as brain damage, injuries, trauma, etc.
The person may be diagnosed
by their GP,
if they have a lot of
seizures a lot time
rather than just now
and then.
Seizures can start at any age for a length of time, stop any length of time, stop for life, or come back, no one knows if or when.
There can be differences in time from how long someone is having a seizure to how long someone has to be on medication.
Just because your seizures may stop for however long does not make you non-epileptic, even if they never come back again, it is there in your history. It is a very strange condition where different people face it differently.
For e.g.; I was born with Epilepsy, I had seizures from birth and took medication when I was twelve to thirteen then I was seizure-free till I was thirty - years old till I was forty - three.
what causes Epilepsy and what causes people to have seizures?
Really the cause of Epilepsy is what it is.
It can be several things like a lot of stress, tumors, electricity to the brain, chemicals, etc; even if the person is worrying a lot about something, someone, etc, lack of sleep, even too much sleep, panic, and maybe more.
This could also be if a lot is playing on the mind such as emotional issues, which may affect other issues with their health as well mental health illness such as Money problems, house problems, moving house, falling out or and breaking up with friends, family, partner, one the other or all three, deaths of people they know, etc.
Epilepsy can be a death risk it’s self but not everyone faces it. https://www.cdc.gov/epilepsy/about/types-of-seizures.htm Seizures like most conditions, and problems, etc can be mild, moderate, severe, minor, major, etc. My seizures for e.g.; have been what used to call at the start of my life in the 70s Petty Mall, most people have a Gram Mall, chronic Tonic, there is more in the link I put on. https://www.cdc.gov/epilepsy/about/first-aid.htm
A panic attack and an epileptic fit
can be very similar.
Epileptic seizures do not tend to last long
overall whereas Anxiety panics
attacks can tend to last up to twenty minutes
overall, according to Google.
https://seermedical.com/uk/blog/stress-anxiety-and-epilepsy
The signs of Anxiety panic attacks and epileptic seizures understandably people may get confused with, the link I have just put should tell you why and this is or could be. https://www.dh-attorneys.com/blog/2020/january/genetic-tests-reveal-cause-of-seizure-disorder-i/
Anxiety can be a sense of fear and panic,
even a sense of anger, worry or, and fear,
whether the person is fearing or worrying
about what happens or not.
Seizures and panic attacks can be similar
in a sense that it can be done with the Nerva
system, such as headaches, dizziness, choking,
shaking, going hot and cold, pins and needles,
electrical shocks etc. There can be times when a
a person may not be aware of what is going on
around but it is not necessarily that
everyone faces that.
There are also similar links between Anxiety,
Autism and ADHD.
Autism sure can cause high Anxiety
and even stress levels it is the most common
for those who face Autism to be sensitive
change and some things changing, the unexpected,
built up to positive changes such as studying for
exams, taking exams, driving lessons, driving tests,
moving house, even leaving one country
moving to another as much as even moving areas,
It is not negative things in their lives such as bad
new that can affect people but the buildup of
positive as well but then passes
if whatever is achieved successfully.
This may bring meltdowns, but some meltdowns may bring meltdowns
can be more severe than others,
which may be caused by Autism
or ADHD or and the treatment they
make such as medication,
which may need to be investigated,
it may be different for different people.
Anxiety and ADHD are separate problems,
Anxiety is a mental illness and
ADHD is developed in a condition like Autism.
However,’ there is a strong link between the two.
Like struggling to focus on things,
insomnia which causes a lack of sleep,
it is likely to affect most people’s moods,
frustration, struggling to do and finish a
course or task on time for example,
Surely there is a link between Anxiety
and seizures. Certain Google researches,
other years of writing
this book,
not everyone but in some people that
Shingles can be contacted.https://www.healthcentral.com/article/shingles-and-stress
https://www.defeatingepilepsy.org/living-with-epilepsy-series/anxiety-depression-and-epilepsy/
Anxiety and stress.
It may depend on how something
may be bothering or worrying them.
stress is the worst death risk of all.
Each person copes with it differently.
https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/mental-health/anxiety If or and when we
worry too much the risk is that
we may get depressed.
Also, what is a part of Anxiety is a part of
thinking to point like one’s mind is
none stop chatting to oneself or
not at a point we can’t think at-all,
which is all to do with the mind,
where at times we can over thinking
or not at all and even worry,
where it can keep us awake at night,
which is insomnia.
It is not just the negative things
can be stressful but the buildup of
positive things too like achieving and learning,
studying, exams, driving lessons, driving tests etc.
Therefore, what do we worry about?
For e.g.; Money problems, moving house, job loss, exams, and more.
How do we help people get through it?
Sadly, we can’t help with everything
because we are only trained and qualified
for so much but we don’t have the same
strength and weaknesses, which could
be someone you work with, your manager,
you could sign a post or referral
the person to services that are trained
and qualified to help the person.
Yes I know this is all very me
saying that as due to the cost of
living funding could be cut etc.
This is easy to say to be honest,
help and support people you may know,
friends, family, etc.
The difference,
the same if not similar between
Anxiety and ADHD.
If you have Anxiety you may find it hard
to focus on things but if you have ADHD
you find it hard to concentrate most of the time
but if you have both the levels are high,
therefore’ they are similar but the difference
is if any, it may depend on whether you
are worrying a lot.
You must have Autism to have high
stress levels but most people with Autism
have high-stress levels of Anxiety and
most have ADHD.
However,’ it is possible for ADHD to
affect people physically, mentally or both.
ADHD stands for Attention Deficit
Hyperactivity Disorder, it affects concentration.
This is because ADHD can cause short attention
span, restlessness, fidgety, being impulsive,
physical and verbal behaviors, snuggling with
education, employment, they may need
quite a bit of support to be successful and
get the work done within its time limits at the same
time as other people whether it is work, study,
causes etc.
The person may be very anxious or excited.
For example; an excited, we can be happy
with positive things and there is no wrong with that.
With ADHD it causes a person to become over-excited
in their reaction but there is nothing wrong with that
either. Anxiousness
as I said before can work in positive and
negative responses to situations.
With positives, it is likely to be for example;
the buildup of working positive things, studying, exams, driving lessons and driving tests, etc.
Negative and positive ways can build up a person’s stress levels in positive and negative ways, even built up of positive changes.
When it is a negative experience, it could be something unexpected to them, something changing negative ways, etc, which we all may need to face but a scream of the person’s reaction, if they do not want to do something or and go somewhere, etc.
