Dyspraxia is a learning difficulty without a lot of research

Dyspraxia is a hidden learning difficulty that affects the muscles and coordination, which can affect people's strength

to grip, carry, and more.
Dyspraxia starts from the start of life and it is for life. Helpful Dyspraxia Strategies for Adults to Try Today

At one time it was classed as clumsy syndrome because Dyspaxia affects balance.
Dyspraxia is a development  Co-ordination  disorder { DCD}. It affects skills such as handwriting, tpying, doing up, undoing zips, and more, which are fine motor skills. Tpying is easlier than writing.
Gross Motor skills are difficulty in walking, running, catching balls and playing sport. When I say walking, running, Dyspraxia is a hidden learning difficulty, most people with it can stand up, walk, run, talk and more but not in the way other people maybe able understand. It is just the difficulties along the way.
Beyond Motor skills is if someone faces difficulty with skills in the home, workplace etc. Such as cooking, cleaning, making and carrying hot drinks, shopping and more.
On other searches I have seen no one has said anything about personal skills, such as cutting nails, hair, shaving, etc, which I face difficulty with.
It not easy for example ; find execises that are safe for people with Dyspraxia because most of us tend to lose balance. I for example; if I go to the gym I am better with the rowing machine and execise bike but I don't feel safe on the tread mile. I need help ajusting the equipment in the gym. However; swimming is good.

These challenges  are very hidden. There is not a lot of people yet who know about Dyspraxia, who do not face it themselves.
I have read many internet to find most people may think you can only face one type of Dyspraxia or the other, which may find hard to believe I face all types. This makes me think though, maybe it can vary to one type, two types, three types or all four people face. I have lived with Dyspraxia all my life over 55 years and I never met anyone who faces Dyspraxia but maybe my oldest neprew, not sure what type he has. That does not make me an expect but I can we still have a long way to go. Individuals with Dyspraxia | Daily Challenges & Tips
