Researching mental health awareness.


We should not judge the difference between boys, men and  girls, women’s mental health even though in some ways there is a difference that needs to be aware.

 On the whole most  girls and women seem to be more open about what goes through their minds than boys and men so many have said for years. 

I read according to the UK’ Mental health Foundation website that there are more men that are likely to take their own lives than girls, women, see a counselor, depend more on drugs, alcohol etc but yet more women than men are more  likely to self - harm, face eating disorders, face  Post Traumatic Stress and other forms of Anxiety than boys and men. Do we really know for sure? 

However’ no one really knows because we only know what is said and what is said is not necessary is thought or and is all thought.

 Most people are not  likely to say everything and should they except to be. 

However’  when it comes to negative thoughts eating away inside, it can be a huge concern but at the same time we need to respect that, that people have their own choice to how they live with that choice and we don’t always know whether something is bothering them or not.

I have written and said many times for some people they may open up but only to certain people, which for some people they know and others they don’t know but that may be different in different people, it may vary.


We tend to go by behaviors, reactions of life around us and more, which may not be the case for everyone and everything.

It is so easy to make the negative choices in life  at time of crisis like drinking a lot of alcohol, taking a lot of drugs, or and more, this may be because someone may be facing emotional crisises with friends, family, partners etc for example. It is neither right or wrong, a person should not be made to feel ashamed, guilty etc. 

Most people may not  open up because of fear of being judged, sigma, feeling as if they are something wrong all the time etc, fear of someone telling others about what they told them without their permission etc.

Mainly if for example someone has been smoking years for example, if they choose to work on stopping, it may take as long or as short as it is going to be. They  do not need punishment but they need encouragement. 

Not even the person themselves is not saying or thinking it is right either. However’ mental health issues are not an excuse either. 

This is where empowerment and  encouragement  comes in where you give suggestions of positive choices but not try to make a person do what they may want to do, like cut down, stop, start doing something whether it is stopping smoking, cut down drinking, eat less, eat more, exercise etc for example. 

This maybe also things they enjoy such as hobbies, interests, careers etc but some cases some people may not be able to focus on what they used focus happily before, it may take time  to pick up again or not at all. Such as arts, crafts and so forth for example.

Mental illnesses. Anxiety , depression, schizophrenia,  Boarder Personality Disorder, Dissociative, Somatic, Elimination, Sleep - wake, Sexual Dysfunction, Gender Dysphoria, Disruptive and Conduct Disorder, Addiction disorder, paraphillic disorder, Schizophrenic.

Name the types of Anxiety, Depression  and more 

,there are and more by search engining, studying, googling which way you commutable.

2024 poems

 Never thought I would change.

Never forget what I felt when I was in love with you.

I must have been so crazy and so mad.

There was no wanting to get away from you, I loved you far too much at least I thought I did.

Now I would not entertain you.

I never forget how you broke my heart but now you don’t hurt me anymore.

I thought I was happy with you but I was too blind to see you did not love me at all.

So many years I wasted with you.

I was so wrong to think you loved me when you did not.

How blind could I be?

If only I could say then what I can say now.

You do not love me but I do not love me either so why did you have me in your life?

No reason other than to play games with my mind, my word if only I could see that at the time, I must have been going out of my mind.

The pain you gave me all those years ago has made me stronger, too strong to be with you.

My fault for loving you when you did not love me but soon as I stopped loving, you said you wanted me.

You lier, no you did not, as normal you wanted to play with my mind, that’s why I finely turned you down for good, which was the first and last time I stood up to you.

Your loss my gain.

Some of us are black, white, green and brown witches.

We all come out on Halloween if you know what I mean.

We are scary and mean.

We bring out black of the night, when the early nights get dark from the light, with the white moon and stars in the sky.

DON’T BE A STRANGER

Here we go, it is that time of year again, getting close to exam time, good luck everyone to those of doing disability, mental health or and subjects. Also, May is Mental health awareness month . On this paper we will be focusing on mental health.  Speak up every one, so I should speak for myself.

I thought I’d try to write something different this year so I say every year but I never know whether or not it turns out that way to be honest.

Try to spread a bit of kindness to those you come across like people working in cafes shops etc by asking how they are. Not necessarily those you pass in the street but not a bad thing if you do. Understandable if you don’t talk to those you don’t know when  we don’t know what they are like but then we shouldn’t judge book by a cover. Not an easy one, don’t be a stranger neither. 

However’ it is not a bad thing to show concern, consideration and manners to those around us. 

In all honesty a lot of us, need to remind ourselves, including even me that the mind is not all about mental health. Not all is black and white. The way we may feel, think etc is not a joke either but most of us may not show the truth, not to lie, keep secrets or and have anything to hide but not wanting to put on others. 


THE HUMAN MiND.

Understand ing the human mind why, how, when, who, what etc we think, feel, behave, react, interact and more. When it comes to making us, happy, laugh, cry, angry, sad etc. 

It can interesting how we are at different times, it would be odd if we were all the same but it makes you wonder what animals are saying to us, what they are thinking, feeling and more. 


It is easy to forget How do animals cope with their emotions, feelings, thoughts etc, how life treats them? There no animal counsellor etc is there or is there? They must face negative issues as much may be if not more than we may do. Who do depend on to understand them mentally? If anyone themselves and or one another but not all have one another. Negativity doesn’t always happen for a reason in a human’s case, let alone an animal ‘s case  but then must do, who knows? 

I guess this is because we as a whole do not fully understand when or if an animal is feeling negative because we fully do understand their launage other than say a woof or meow for example., to how they may thinking feeling etc.

Some how some way, they understand us more so than we do them. As far as I know most people I know and know have found that animals ease them. Do we help animals mentally? May we do but not sure how
