This might be changing from one person to another, for example, someone could stop out longer or short than they used to. Change of mood, finding it hard to sleep or and get out of bed.
How can we help Mental Health? We can all feel down and stress in ourselves for whatever reason for no reason all, which can be the same or and one thing or the other. Most common reason are emotional reasons such as deaths of people know, or relationship breakups. This is something we deal with in our way because everyone’s way is different for some people it could be counselling, work, hobbies, interests etc even both. There’s nothing wrong in been there for others or offering to do so but we must go along with how the person themselves want things, it’s worth letting them know you're there for them if they need you.
There are many Mental health conditions such as Anger, Bipolar, body dysmorphic disorder and borderline personality disorder (BPD), which seriously a lot of awareness needs to be raised but Anxiety and Depression seemed to be most known but not known enough.
Anxiety What is Anxiety? Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, stress and even anger. Sometimes if not most of the time we can make a mountain out of a molehill without meaning to, which mean sometimes if not most of the time things aren’t as bad as what they seem to us. Sometimes if not most of the time we can overthink and fear the worst than what something is, sometimes if not most of the time there’s nothing to worry about at all. However,’ this is very easy to say when we are feeling fine in ourselves but when whatever is going on at the time it’s too easy to worry about.
Have you ever thought you have lost or forgotten something, and you haven’t? I have many times but how often does it happen? This can vary because there’s no real saying or knowing whether you lose or and forget things a lot that it means someone faces Anxiety or not. In fact, more to the point those of us who do face Anxiety tend to worry about fear losing or and forgetting things more so to a point that we don’t very often, which we worry more when we do. Like for example losing or and forgetting our keys to point we are locked out or in which makes us panic more.
