Learning disability and mental health lecturing

To be honest I have been struggling to know what to call this post. First all I want to thank everyone for reading this blog and your patients. Due to my  disabilities and other problems, I know I struggle to make myself understood and sorry if most things do not make sense in what I say.

One thing I know is that I am not alone with facing disabilities and other problems. I have been writing this blog for nearly eighteen years now. I have not been working or studying for at least ten years may be less or more now. No matter what this blog has helped me to try to explain to you what it like to have disabilities and other problems and thank you so much for your support. I will go on writing this blog as long as I live now and I am not as young as I was when I first started this blog, 37 nearly 38 years old when I first set up this blog would you believe? Now I am fifty - five to fifty - six, sadly none of us are getting any younger are we but it is not all negative.

As you may have read in my 2023 post, that I was starting to write a  texts book on disability and mental health lecturing, which is an achievement but not an easy journey for anyone but without wanting sympathy is more harder when your special needs, due to needing support with spelling, grammar, publishers and more. I understand may be not possible from anyone or maybe everyone, which do not expect. If at all possible I would grateful for some feedback, advice and more on how I can write my book, how I put it out there and more. It is a Learning Disability And Mental Health Awareness text book based on my work I did for the University, most is what is on this website, and what I faced with my own disabilities, mental health etc.

I am also writing a learning disability and mental health awareness newsletter. Please feel free to email me on sarajgorman@gmail.com, if you can tell me anything, thank you.
