Feelings

In this handout, I am going to look at feelings, I am trying to help you understand the difference between anger and anxiety, which despite I face Anxiety myself I am trying to research to understand as much as possible.

Mental ill-health isn't only about how we think, feel, behave, react and even interact with life, which is the same as Mental health too even but about how see and to hear things too, which may be in some if not most cases not what others think, feel, behave, react, interact, see or and hear. Awareness is important because we can be so misunderstood for something or and someone we are not. Whether something is really happening not it doesn't make us, crazy, mad, etc, even as well others may see, hear the opposite to what you may. Never judge someone for facing anything different to you either try to help them or find help for them because Mental ill-health isn't always serious but it can be.  It is very important they get the right etc so never try to do what you cannot do yourself, help them find someone or somewhere who or that can, etc. https://www.mind.org.uk/  https://www.samaritans.org/

The main sign of anxiety is worry and fear whether someone has something to fear and or worry about not. We can all worry, stress panic, and fear, etc things at times but how often? Some who face Anxiety who is likely to fear and worry about the mild, minor, and major things in life, which seem all major to those who face Aniexty but hard to understand for those who don't, where the mind is active until the problems or and whatever is bothering us is sorted. In many ways without understanding, depending on the situation, etc, we may well, which I have done many times overreacted without meaning to. Even positive things to try and take my off won't help until either whatever it is, is sorted or and passed.https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/types-of-mental-health-problems/anxiety-and-panic-attacks/about-anxiety/

Anger like sadness, happiness, etc is a reaction to a situation. All these feelings can happen in different exscreams, even mental health itself can.

At one time most people used to think people who face mental-ill-health was dangerous, etc, meaning unsafe to themselves and others. I hope we have learned it is not the case or not always the case where there are different exscearms, minor, major, etc and in many cases, if people get the right support treatment, it can try to help prevent us being a danger to others and or ourselves. https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/types-of-mental-health-problems/anger/about-anger/  https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/types-of-mental-health-problems/
