What health professions are responsible for.

First of all I am sorry if I am saying what I already said but certain things in a person's life is a big certain. When it comes to vulnerable people support and empowerment should come together. No you're not responsible for what happens in a person's life but if it affects the person's health and safety then sorry to say you are mainly when comes to vulnerable people. Over the last six years the government have been making cuts here, there and everywhere mainly on services vulnerable use or in many cases used to because they are getting they used to have, which in many cases could affect your vulnerable patient, client etc's health and safety. This means you need to put reasons in writing why the person need the help they need. It might be over the benefit cuts, it might be your vulnerable patient is a victim of crime and you might for example have to putting something in writing to why they may not be able to work for a certain length of time. They may not be getting the help they need by a service so you may need to say why they need the help and why it is so important if you think it's completely necessary. This can depend on how you feel your patient seems to you.

There can be huge certain to how people can get under weight and overweight. Many people may lose weight because they may not be able to affront eat while going through benefit cuts. Many people overweight don’t have enough support to access exercise due the benefits they are on aren’t enough to fund them to eat healthy. Many people’s benefits don’t fund for them to have support workers/carers.

The benefit cuts have caused a lot of problems but all in different ways. Even those who have got their benefits many still haven't got a lot to live to what they need which I know isn't the fault of the NHS but of the government.

I do agree that it's possible that the government still haven't caught every benefit cheat yet, which sorry to say doesn't make your job easy.

All you can do in the mean is keeping a check on those who need it. The way you're going to find out whether they need your help or not are to the amount of proof they give you.

As a doctor or nurse for example you are not just for them after say a serious operation but that person may have faced many situations such as hate crime, which more vulnerable people are likely to face more than other people. Many of these people disbelieved because whoever committed the crime targeted the vulnerable person a place they wouldn't get caught meaning a quiet place where no one or handy anyone will see them. Just because you may seen that haven't hurt them physically they may have hurt them mentally.  It can work one way or the other or both in case may be. They may not have been believed by the police due to the person having problems communicating, finding it hard to say what happened, having very or no support.  Very often if it's crime, it could be a vulnerable child been bullied in school for example thishttp://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/autistic-boy-humiliated-bullies-after-5451115

These kind of things going on a person's life can play a very big part on their minds compared to other mainly they suffer from Mental Health problems such as Anxiety, depression, Epilepsy,  ADHD and even Autism, in many peoples' cases they can all link together. This can make a person more sensitive than other people. When the person has gone through something bad it plays a lot on their mind when they have a lot of disabilities and health problems. Therefore you need for example to be checking how often are they say having or fits or even panic attacks, It could be in many peoples' cases stress mainly for those who have had their benefits cuts, therefore you need to be keeping an eye on the person's depression as well. How long can they cope with whatever the problem is? How long is it till they have had enough of life. Have they had thoughts about taking their own lives? Not very nice to find out. I know you can't always help but if you keep an on things you will know whether you can help or not. If there's help the patient needs you  need to find out where can and can't referral them to. Your manager is the person you need to ask. If you're a GP, you may only be able to do so much but if you're a doctor or nurse you may be able to do a bit more compared to the GPs.

On a fair few of reports I have written on this website to do with the benefit but also can be to do with other thing is person's life that can affect a person's health such as Anxiety, depression, epilepsy or people even with Asthma and even possibly people with diabetes if they have a lot of stress in their lives. This  is where you could have to put something in writing to places to give proof  of the patient's health for whatever reason.

I' glad to say though that these things are more aware to a point, I went through bullying myself as a child but it was never reported on the news back in 70s and 80s. The fact it's more aware of people should know that these things happen but they shouldn't. A lot more learning disability and mental health awareness needs to be raised. The disadvantage is yet there's far less dispel than there use to be. At least in my day the bullies knew if they bullied they would be trouble but they always get caught. Yet now even if they do get caught the teachers are as frightened of them as the child who's got bullied.  There is never a balance is there? Even though I don't enjoy this but something tells me I need to prepare you that your job could be harder the fact there's no dispel because of that, it can cause more damage to your patient physically, mentally or both. Sorry to disappoint but I can only be honest.

Just to make you aware I am curtained that everyone on all kinds of income will not able to afford their Healthcare. A lot of those who work full time don’t always have time to see their GP as it is. One way or the other everyone’s’ health is at risk. There’s a big risk that many will stop using the NHS altogether and many cannot afford to go private meaning vulnerable people and other people.  please sign the petition to try and say the NHS and sign the petition to try and stop the benefit cuts thank you. If conservice have their way, they will have us all dead. Don't let the tories get away with it! We will be having to pay for all health care at this rate. Even people who work full time don't earn enough and many don't have the time to see their gp as it is. Not many people can affront to go private these days. http://election.38degrees.org.uk/events/1731  action@38degrees.org.uk via mail133-29.atl131.mandrillapp.com
