Long term conditions and stress.

What is Long term conditions and stress?

Anyone with long term conditions can easily get upset with or without a reason. However' this can be in circles, it can be different for different people so do except the unexpected. It is very common that people with long conditions worry twice as much and we are more sensitive other people. However other can have as much to worry about and do worry. Everyone knows how confusing this is because one can't and shouldn't judge a person one way or the other. What know for sure though no one is as had as nails and we shouldn't take people's feelings and emotions for grand-it. None of us made of wood or steel but some of us can worry more than we should but we can't help that. Worrying more than we should can be in one long - term condition what is it? Like I said we can never judge a person. We all worry more than we should at times but how often do we worry more than we should? There's sure people with certain conditions who are not aware and probley not even people their lives know either.  http://www.nhsinform.co.uk/mentalhealth/wellbeing/long-term-health-conditions/  http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/stress-anxiety-depression/pages/understanding-stress.aspx

The purpose of this report is giving examples of what could be on people's minds that could worrying them such as keeping payments up to date so they don't get into debt, Benefit cuts and changes, lack of support for those people who need it, who can't get it because of the cuts, studying, work and etc. Can you think of anything else that could be worrying people? Try even think about the things that worry you through everyday life.

Long term conditions can be confusing because some people are better having a lot of things going in their lives, others can that can be too much for. Other people can feel different everyday for eg; if they don't have anything to do they can become depression one but their depression affect them the opposite was the next. For other people it's one way or the other everyday. This could work the same with people with Anxiety. For example the most people have been put into the wrongs situations such as work. Some people are limited to what they can do. For example me doing the job I am doing now, I am safe, I feel confidence, I am well supported and I get along with people. If was working in a factory for example would be completely the opposite where problems would be happening and you would be wondering why I was working there.

Examples of long term conditions that can be affect by stress such as Anxiety, Depression and Epilepsy, too much stress on those conditions, there could be a risk of a possible stroke, heart attack or and even death.  Can you name any more Long term conditions and what are the risks if people have too much stress?

Due to people's disabilities and health problems, you may not find they will communicate and understand which is hard other people in everyday life when coming into contact with people with disabilities and health problems. This can be even hard when the person with disabilities and health problems is unwell.
