It's more than easy to think of mental health in a negative way when you think about mental health awareness, the way I am saying this admit is not easy to understand but there is no easy way of explaining it. I think what I am trying to say is people who face mental health don't need to be misunderstood as negative people. I guess it's neither about being positive or negative but no one is a professional, expert, etc. Meaning no one knows how we are feeling really other than ourselves. Therefore what may help one person doesn't help the other. The purpose of writing this is ideas of how one could cope with mental health not how they don't they have to cope with it. No one has to do anything they don't want.
Mental health awareness has increased in the last 20 odd years or so anyway but even more so in near enough getting to be in the past 12 months since the Covanvirus lockdown where we have had to isolate ourselves from our lives outside such as work, study etc, which hasn't gone completely because it's online but for most people, it's gone cause not everyone has online access and no one has all IT skills etc.
Depression and Anxiety is a feeling of sadness and anger whether there's a reason or not but it can be different for people. We can all feel sad and or angry from time to time but if it's something we are feeling a lot of course it doesn't mean we are not going mad, round the bend, or out of our minds. There should be no, shame and no guilt however we may feel and no one should make us feel that way. No one is saying that all behaviors or and all extremes of behavior are down to mental health but the main cause of mental health in most cases not in everything is how we feel and not always we can answer why we feel as we do.
Now I don't want to bore everyone with talking about the same things and I don't want to force everyone to talk either but not that I am saying everyone is struggling with mental health and we can also not force people not to talk either but we have never before known how important everyone and mental health matters. In paragraph after the next, I will say, which know you know but we are aware we want to try our hardest to move things forward and try to improve things.
I guess back in history it took us many years to be aware of understanding mental health like many other things too. It's for us to think about others before we must have been going through without any help, support, etc, and yet the way things are today never seem to be enough.
Going back to the second paragraph where I say about you can feel how you feel with or without a reason. Why no one can answer but you, however' there are certain things and times one cannot answer why they feel how they feel but that doesn't necessarily happen to everyone. Like I have said no one can force someone to talk and not to and many can have their own reasons either way. Like for example not wanting others to know our business, not know whether to trust others or etc, which is very understandable but all the same, if things build up inside our mind not saying it will but might put us at risk of stress, worry anxiety, panic, heart attack, feeling sudisideall, etc. Whether or not you have a reason to feel as you do whether it's sadness, angriness, stress, worry, panic whatever it may be there are different things you could try not promise to take it aware but at least ease whatever that negative feeling may be, which could be one thing, things or lots of things. You may even need some things to ease it, one some, or all things. Answers are unknown unless you try some whether it's counselling, emotional support, hobbies, interests, careers, arts, crafts, etc one of these things, some all or even things I haven't written on this blog etc. https://www.supportline.org.uk/problems/depression/
