Stress awareness

Everyone knows that stress can be caused by a load of thoughts and anyone would think by knowing that we would all find it easy to do something about it when things all too much in cases it's not that easy. This can depend on who we are, what we are facing, and could be many other reasons. A lot of these issues I have written about already this blog but a lot of them link together.

 This may be not the way everyone thinks but in my mind they are mindful of negative feelings sadness, anger, worry, panic, fear, pain, and many more. I am no professional, no except, etc but how do we make these negative feelings into possible feelings.

 The way I answer that rather than saying the easy and the hard way I say the promising way and t sorry to say but just being honest there is no promising way that you can wave a magic wand and it all goes aware.

 It doesn't mean you have to do but it's ideas to bear in mind, it may not take it away but it could ease it. What also to bear in mind is what works for one person doesn't work for another.
