Learning disability and health problems benefit cuts Awareness.



Waiting for the appeals.
·    How long?
The wait can vary to a year or two.
Most people might wait longer.
Some appeals can take longer than others.


The wait depending on.
On peoples’ issues .
On peoples’ disabilities and health problems.


STRESSES OF BENEFIT CUTS.

 Stress can mostly affect those who suffer health problems like AnxietyEpilepsy and depression.

People can't get cancelling when they are not on any benefits so the stress can be very hard to cope with.

People who have their benefits stopped are in risk of going hungry or and going into debt.

People worry about owing people money.

 If they do win their appeal it doesn't mean they will be able to affront to pay out the money they owe.


These kind of worries and stresses have driven a lot of people to suicide.


•Many people have taken over doses.

Many have taken and lost their own lives.

Communicating with others is important.

·       People who live on their own need money to pay their bills   mobile phone, text machine like type writer and broadband.


·       If they have epilepsy and speech problems they need to be able to 999 in an emergency due to their Epilepsy.


·         When it comes to speech problems the internet and texts is a better way of people understanding what people with speech problems say.
