We try to work as a team.
It's not necessary that you have to have every skill involve, training is involved plus there are always other Admins on the team who are likely to be able to do what can't and the same the other way round.
No time scale or limit.
As facebook groups are not jobs, you free to choose when you come on our groups and however long or short for. That way you don't have to let us know if and when you have other things going. Feel free to come on the groups as and when your free and when you feel like it. However' if you can be with us say three days of week, we would be more grateful but start and finish whenever you want when you on and come and go when you please.
Head Admin wanted!
Someone would be able to be to work and share the work with me.
Someone who would have the time on their hands and would want to help out at least, a morning, an afternoon or evening a week, even if at all possible to be around when I am not.
Up dating pinned post, adding music, films, documentaries, interviews and etc from 70s and 80s artist from Youtube.
Adding pictures of items from the 70s and 80s decade and asking members questions on the post that added and to try to encourage members to add post.
Admins wanted.
We need at least one more admin who can add post on anything to do with the 70s and 80s decade and ask members questions on anything to do with the post they add.
If you can't add post as such put something in writing about the 70s and 80s decade on something or somebody that interests you and see how members share the same interest as you but accept you always get people who share the same interest as you.
Check profiles and add members.
Safety Guarding responsibility for Head Admins and Admins.
To be able to keep everyone on the group safe such as looking out for members writing messages to Admins, which could be one member reporting another for example.
Someone who can check profiles before deciding whether to add new members or block them, training is involved in knowing what to look for if needs be .
Someone who also knows how to keep themselves safe as well as everyone on the group, meaning to remove and block members who break the rules of the group before the member can row with the Head Admin any longer than necessary.
You need to have been on Facebook at three months.
Please think about this very careful before you decide as there's quite a bit extra work to being a Head compared to being an Admin.
