Over the past month before Christmas and onwards we have faced a lot of unsafe post such as spam, flagged post or and etc. We would be most grateful if you see any unsafe post, please report it to us. If you feel it's necessary to report it to Facebook as well as us please, let if you don't how to report it to facebook.
If you see a name of a person adding unsafe post, please let us know the name you see, this will help us a lot to remove and block the person who has truly added the unsafe post, last thing we want is to blame the wrong person so we need as much proof you can give. We understand with most things there's handy any proof or none, if can do your best, thank you.
If we don't feel it's necessary to report to facebook we will tell you the reason why but don't worry when it comes to safety guarding the chances of us disagreeing on what you think is very rare.
When setting the groups we can't think everything at once but more problems we face the more safety rules we will be adding on our groups, we will get stricter. Our aims of our groups are for us to our best to make our groups as safe as possible. Anyone who does add unsafe post faces been blocked and removed if they are reported by a member or Admin, even reported to facebook if whoever has reported you feels it's necessary.

We are looking for a Head Admin for the disability group to work and share work with me plus 4 Admins who can do less or more than three days a week. You can choose whatever time you go at night, morning, afternoon, however short or long you want to. with quite a bit of time on their hands who has either worked in the Learning Disability and Mental Health field in the past who isn't working or isn't working many hours, who would like to help us out, we would be most grateful thank you. You are not excepted to have all the skills written down here because we all try to work as a team where what one of can't do the other can, if no one can then we search for help elsewhere, which could be websites and information online, other groups not much different this or and etc. Training is also involved, we are here to help show you how to do things we know and you but if you don't feel happy to do something, please let us know and one of us who can will do whatever it is ourselves. Anything not sure of don't be afaid to let us know.
We are sorry that we can't pay, which is why we give your choice to choose when and how long, which also means you don't have let us know if and when you other things going on, only you are free and when you feel like it.

Have you got such skills as speaking up for people with all kinds of disabilities, health problems and Mental health problems?
Can you balance between empowerment and support when it comes to people with disabilities and health problems talking to you about certain issues in their lives? For example the housing, debts, Access to services, benefits,
problems at the Job centre, employment and many other things people likely to face?
Have you got the skills to support people to find information online for eg; employment, courses. employment services, job clubs, friendship or and dating, housing, hate crime/ Discrimination and may other things that they may ask for support to find but empowering them to do it for themselves at the same time?
Here are the topics on the purpose of the group and these are the issues you could be dealing with.

Disabled People's Health Problems = Like Epilepsy + Speech + Hearing + Memory + Anxiety + Learning + Mental Health.
Disabled People's Housing = Accessible housing disabled people with like safe bathrooms and things which could come to disabled aids.
Social issues = friendship, dating
Talent= Hobbies, interests, Arts and Crafts like drawing and painting.
Disabled People's· = Any skills you have like At work – Music - Poetry - Sport.
Here are the issues you may be asked to help with but don't worry you are not excepted to be skilled for all of them as each of our Admin team have different skills.
However' if something is asked none of us knows then we will search for further help, even if it means looking for something online or finding someone outside the group who may know or even a member on the group who may know.
However' also respect the fact that members may want to keep their issues but if you have any concerns that a member is in any kind of danger for whatever they tell you please let us know mainly if it concerns the safety of our group as well. It's your free choice whether or not you want to add members as friends or not but if a member wants to talk about a private matter, we would advise you to even if you decide to unfriend the member after they have spoken to you about their matter, the member should respect your choice the same as you should respect theirs. Just remember members do have a choice whether or not they want to add you as a friend but the same the other way round. You have the rights to report a member if they don't respect your wishes and the same the other way round. If either 1 of you say to other I will add you as a friend just while we have chat about the issue then the other has to respect that, please feel free to report it to us if they don't then they will be removed and blocked if you choose that.
Please respect the member's wishes if they want to keep anything private but if you are concerned about the member in any way, please report it to us, tell why your concerned why you need to tell us. Always Learn About Disability + Never Judge Disability is an Advocacy and Awareness group rolled into 1 managed by myself Sara Jane Gorman and Tim Hodge who have 1st hand experience of disabilities and health problems and we have at least four Admins who face disabilities and health problems themselves. We have 1 relief Admin who is a nurse and another who works in the Disability Arts field.
Awareness skills come from people with disabilities and health problems ourselves, the idea of this group is for other people around us to learn what we face in our lives and how it feels to be us. People who learn off us could be professionals, parents, carers, family members, support workers and social workers.
However' if this is a skill for you, if your a student or and training, whatever your level is you are more than welcome to try working with us. we are more will to give you a chance to try and if you like and you want to carry on we will be more willing train you, no qualifications involved. However' if you do study for a qualification at college, university or and etc; which you could be also on placement. However' just to make you aware that this isn't a job, it is a facebook group and sorry to say there's no pay involved. However' if you want to try and new career and if this is what you are wanting to try or you are a student, trainee or experienced we are more than willing to give you a chance. Please make us aware of your level is so we can support and or train you if needs be.
