Important and emergency contacts you may need.

Important contact details for my Facebook groups.

As the Admins have other lives we are not Facebook 24.7 as we have other lives like everyone. Here's a list of important and emergency contacts in case there aren't any Admins online. I'm sorry that my Admins don't have a lot of time on their hands but most people are very busy these days but some less or more than others.

Please message us on private message if your added as a friend to us or message on the groups if your not, if you need to talk to us and we are not online. In any we ourselves are only trained so much so you may need to speak someone more high but in other ways we are more trained than them.
We are only trained as much as our disabilities and health problems ourselves plus I am an ex Advocate and Visting Lecture of Learning Disability and Mental health.  Here are some contract details of trained professions.

Sorry we didn't do this when we first set the groups up. We have now also added to some emergency contacts. You can also ask us when we are around for any links or and information on and there are also other Face Books groups you could join not much different or the same to this group and different Admins are likely have skills and different times on their hands like us some than others.
