Disability, mental health and other problems awareness

For at least the last 20 years and maybe more awareness has been raised and we know we are not alone in the Coranvius lockdown as everyone is suffering one way or another but when one struggles to look after one's self one way or another it becomes more harder.

In today's world, we have been honest the internet is an advantage as well as a disadvantage in many ways which are life, even though most people know how to use it not everyone does, and even if we do we need to keep ourselves safe. Also, it is not possible to know everything or even anything on there, which can be even harder if we are vunable one way or another. This can mean the very of us who may not have access to the internet one way or the other might not be but might not have very little people or no one around us and maybe even harder if we struggle more so than others to meet people, get on with people and keep people in our lives.

On the site, I will be adding websites all about learning disability plus there are sites on the website about learning disability. https://www.mencap.org.uk/learning-disability-explained/what-learning-disability

What is mental health?

Mental health is how we feel, think, behave, how it affects our lives and others around us. We can face mental health with and without disabilities. https://www.supportline.org.uk/problems/mental-health/

Living with disabilities, difficulties, and other problems.

Disabilities can affect people's lives one way or the other such as cooking, shopping, cleaning, tidying up, personal care, social lives, etc.  Some people face more disabilities, difficulties, and problems than others depending on the person themselves and what they face.https://www.gov.uk/browse/disabilities
