Take a look on the bright side.

Mental health is all about how we think, feel and behave and we are all different. We are all human and no one knows everything even the professional don't know everyone. Who does know is the people who face mental health themselves but everyone faces it differently reacts, it affects, etc differently.

Looking on the bright side can be easy said than done for most of us but it's not impossible, life is what you make it but how life is, is down to you and your choice, others can only suggest things to what you tell them. As long as you know that what works for one person doesn't work for another. This could hobbies, interests, careers, etc or more.

This could even mean counseling, therapy, psychology, etc depending on the person's wants or and need, situation, problem, etc. Remember that people can feel as they do with or without a reason whether it's anxiety, depression, or and more.
