As the Admins have other lives we are not Facebook 24.7 as we have other lives like everyone.  There may be times that you may need to speak to someone very important me and Tim are not around. Please message us on private message if your added as a friend to us or message on the groups if your not, if you need to talk to us and we are not online. In any we ourselves are only trained so much so you may need to speak someone more high but in other ways we are more trained than them. We are only trained as much as our disabilities and health problems ourselves plus I am an ex Advocate and Visting Lecture of Learning Disability and Mental health.  Here are some contract details of trained professions.
