Mental Health Awareness 2016

Just to make you aware that Mental Health awareness month was in February but awareness of Mental should be raised all year round. People who have Mental Health problems will tell you life is an effect every day.

Depression is a feeling of sadness whether there is a reason not and Anxiety is a feeling of anger whether there is a reason or not. Like many things different people face Anxiety and Depression different this because some people suffer a mild form, others medium and others major. Anxiety is a sense of panic and fear. Anxiety is classed as Post Traumatic Stress.  Roughly 40 million Americans suffer from Anxiety in America.
