The affect of the Coronavirus lockdown on people with disabilities, mental health Autism, and other problems.

The Cova virus lockdown has a huge effect on every one one way or another, it is a huge change in everyone’s life in different ways. When facing mental, disabilities, Autism, and other problem the unexcepted alarms us completely. Mainly those of us who face Autism when comes to change and route.

Do not get us wrong for everyone the lockdown, affects the way we work, the way we run businesses, and the way we study. For eg, signing in, enrolling, studying, etc online is a huge change to how we work in a classroom, not only for students but for teachers, tutors, and Lectures such as us.

We are all vulnerable to the Coronavirus just the same as we are to other viruses but people with disabilities, mental health, Autism, and other problems are twice as vulnerable.

Therefore, there’s no winning whatever we do despite of wearing masks etc, to spends a lot of time indoors is no good for one’s mental health but to spend a lot of time outdoors we are at risk of the virus. Even masks etc are there to protect us from the virus, they can cause breathing problems, etc if we are having to wear them too long, mainly for those who face anxiety, etc.

Speak up, no one needs to be alone, just because we are at home mostly. There are professional services online such as the Samaritans, Sane, Rethink, etc. Staying in touch with friends& family online, hobbies, interests, career courses, etc. Now the Autumn has kicked and the winter will be short and the Coronavirus lockdown on top of that how can you encourage those you know and your future patents to keep sane and calm through the lockdown and out of lockdown and those who face disabilities, mental health, Autism, and other problems? Autumn and winter blues.   https://metro.co.uk/2020/10/14/how-to-deal-with-second-wave-anxiety-as-lockdown-looms-13414988/?ito=push-notification&ci=40941&si=9693646&fbclid=IwAR203EbwVykorPiZYd1mWdMVEqfOg-9LBMzCAb8OZWbBepTBs1WD3fplI0U
