Disability, mental health and other problems trying to be positive

No one is saying anyone is thinking this not but most of us disabilities, mental health, and other problems, least have always done on and off through my life. Tend to feel as I am hard work for others, cost too much, etc, which mostly when I was younger that was my concerns but in many ways, I was probley over thinking, over worrying and overreacting, etc. However'  since things have moved forward over the years but we still have a long way too, even now I still have those concerns but maybe not as much as before.

Like I said in the last post I want to try and bring in the positives in disabilities, mental health, and other problems, although we have been trying to think positive mainly during the lockdown more than beforehand, it hasn't been easy. Now slowly lockdown is starting to lift a bit but it's still going to take time till we can do what we used to, but even then most of us probley don't know if things are going to change or not due to Covid. During Covid as it's been have been concerns in peoples' support for disabilities and mental health as it is, even though people may have had advice, tips, etc.

Okay, a volunteer may not be paid or may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it can help in other ways for most people for all sorts of reasons, for example, if you have just left school, work experience and you do or don't know what you want to do if for any reason you lost, your job, business, etc. It may not help everyone, but in most people, it may help to build confidence, self-esteem, etc. https://www.gov.uk/government/get-involved/take-part/volunteer  https://www.mind.org.uk/
