All disabilities, all mental health and all problems awareness

Don't be get me wrong, everyone knows that everyone is in the same boat with the lockdown in different ways with such things as changes, cuts, losses, etc in businesses and jobs, etc, can be a huge effect on Mental health alone. Even though the lockdown is easing we are still not out of the woods yet this has affected how we see our friends and family although most of us have been able to contact them online it is easy to forget that most people may not have access online for whatever reason, which could be due to safety, not able to use devices, etc, and even most of us who can doesn't necessarily mean we know how to use everything on there.

When living with disabilities, mental health, and other problems even more so with lockdown, life is limited even more so even though it may be for the right reasons, which could protect our safety, which can cause loneness and filling in each and every day.

Due to places been shut such as employment services, Day centers, workplaces, colleges, Universities, etc, we may have gone before last March even it was said a couple of days, hours, etc week. Okay, there have been online courses, etc but some people may have struggled for support without face-to-face, others may have managed fine and others may have needed some in areas but not others.

However short or long that was, with it been gone, it has made a huge difference to most peoples' where most have found they have had depend on others even more so but then even support has been limited on such as support in the home, shopping, personal care, etc.

Having to cope with this for one day would have been enough but for 14 or more months is something else. Lucky now pubs etc have opened up even though it's understandable that there's still social distance in place but other places socially are yet to remain open when the time is right. However' Covid may have caused a lot of places to shut if they weren't closed before Covid started.

Like I have said it is Mencap's learning disability week from the 14th to the 20th June 2021, which is creativity and arts, on my  Facebook group For disabilities & all problems and awareness every day, we will be raising awareness of disability, mental health, and all problems, arts, creativity, hobbies, interests, careers, etc.

Mental health is our emotional well -  being is how we live our life, how we think, feel, behave, react, and even interact with the world around us.

Mental ill-health is such disorders as Depression, Anxiety, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addictive behaviors, which can make us more sensitive towards emotional situations even more so than other people. We all face emotional situations one way or another whether it is a relationship/marriage break up, deaths of people we know, career changes, losses, cuts, etc, which is shocking for everyone one way or another.

When facing mental ill-health, we can feel sad, angerly, Anxious, even upset, etc with or without reason, even those of us who mentally ill health don't understand why let alone those who don't face mental ill-health.

As much as the lockdown has been safe guiding us from Covid, even though we have been allowed to shop, exercise, etc other than that it has taken us away from the outside world, which spent a lot of time doors has increased Mental health, even though there are things most if not all of us may well have done indoors.

I understand saying this is easier said than done because some may help others, but my suggestion is to do things you enjoy, such as hobbies, interests, arts, crafts, careers, exercise, relaxation,  etc.
