How to try and managing and supporting Mental - ill health and Mental Health

There's no real easy advice to managing Mental ill-health and Mental health, other than doing things you enjoy and  https://www.crams.online/ultimate-guide-improving-managing-mental-health-work/. Some things are not incorrect for most people who face Mental - ill-health easy said than done. Mental - ill-health can effective motivation, which is not impossible to manage but not easy for everyone. Such as for example; relaxation, mediation, exercise, etc.

Sorry  If I sound like a non - stop record and sorry if I sound harsh like I said in the last people and maybe before. There was a time there were no services etc, disabilities, mental health, other problem services, and people had to manage lives the best way they could. As I said before how they managed I would never know.

I know probably what is out there is still probley not enough for all of us but the future is unknown there may never be or it may take time. I know we still have a long way to go but what we have is better than what we had before, which was nothing. A lot of us will never know or understand no matter how hard we try to how hard it was living in those times. Even now is better than what it was in my childhood and teenage years, not necessary for me personally but the time period so it must have been even harder before then.

This is why I say, please try to respect the professional, even if what's said you don't feel is for you. They are neither right nor wrong, they just say going by what you say. Therefore, they don't deserve swearing, rudeness, nastiness, etc.

If you feel you don't want to carry on, let them know and thank them for trying. Without being nasty etc, yes I do agree when facing Mental ill - health, it's not easy I face it myself and it takes a lot out of us and, it can make feel us down and behave in ways that may seem odd to others, but this can vary from person to person.

I know it's not easy and I know it is not in everybody and like I said no one can always suggest something that feels right for you but that doesn't mean they don't deserve a bad attitude, abuse, etc. I am not saying everyone does that but some people may.

It is fine to say something is not for you without upsetting someone else. It's likely professional isn't going to have a problem if you say I don't feel this is not right for me, I want to stop the service, etc, not to say that's how you feel but in case you do.

There's no need for a bad attitude no matter what.  There's no right or wrong what professionals do, they are just doing what they are qualified, train, what the service and the law tell them to do. If you are not happy with it,  you ask them to stop the service without upsetting them.

What I am saying may not be right for everyone, like I said in so many words in the last post and the one before, there are so many things to try these days compared to many years ago. It cannot be promised for everything to work for everyone. Sorry to those who may have tried everything nothing has worked for them.

When struggling with Motivation, it is easy for others to misunderstand us as lazy. Those who don't face Mental - ill-health, without knocking them because most people are most likely trying to help us the best they can but they are not inside our minds and even our bodies.

Even the health professional will never understand unless they face Mental- ill-health. Not to say what they have worked for has become a waste of time, which is not true, they do their best in what they know but some things you have face yourself to really know but also no one whose faces Mental - ill-health wishes it on anyone.

Apart from giving our rights to our own choices if or and when we face counseling, therapy, etc. the health professional know they are not in your mind and body. Therefore they have knowledge of what you may face going by as far as their studying and training is concerned, then making suggestions that it is your choice whether you go along with or not.

The professionals do their best to suggest things but down to us whether or not to go along with them or not. Professionals know that we will either go along with something or we won't. However' just because we may not go along with something now but we may or may not in the future. Professionals know that.

Professionals also know and learning to understand that Mental - ill health can take a lot out of us, some of us are slower to motivate ourselves than others. Like I said though unless you face Mental - ill yourself, no one is in your body and mind. Everybody's minds and bodies are different depending on what they face and the person themselves, which is hard for someone, mainly if they are not facing the same is hard to fully understand. Sorry if that sounds confusing, I will try not to confuse things any more than what they are.

However, there are all sorts of reasons why services suggest things and give you a choice rather than saying do this and do that, it's not their right to tell you what to do. One reason is yes, I agree they have a  responsibility to keep you safe. However' they are human as well, maybe it could be rare but mistakes could happen. For eg; not that you would or won't.

You could try something they say or not. Now, this may be a shock to you even as well as them. It most likely wouldn't anything the professional would do or not do on purpose but without meaning to it has put you in danger. All the same, it's more than understandable you are going to just do nothing and let it slide. You may or may not realize whether is a mistake or not so you are going to contract the service and report the matter, all the same, it is on that professional's back whoever it was who was seeing you at the time.  Therefore if you are given the choice whether or not you try is up to you on whatever they suggest for what reason. Also, the idea is to try and help you feel independent as well.

Moving on, with and without lockdown Mental - ill-health is a huge effect on peoples' lives one way or another. As you probley know I am not a professional I am a person who faces disabilities, mental health, and other problems and tries to raise awareness to professionals, etc not only to try to help me but to try and help others who face if not the same but similar.

I am aware that there are different people that come from different backgrounds, some people are not as lucky as others, etc. However' my aims and hopes are that anyone needs, help and support one way or the other get's it but I know sadly it's not promised for everyone. One thing we do know is that none of us are responsible for the way we were put on the planet but no matter how, please remember we all matter. We are all human and none of us are perfect but having the best intentions we can is the main thing.
