Anixety with and without Autism, Asperous syndrome and other problems

Anxiety is a  reaction to stress and even everyday life. Everyone feels Anixous from time to time but when it happens a lot it can be a huge concern to a person's health and whatever is bothering them in many cases needs to be deal with as soon as possible but some things are not always possible very quickly.  you much be aware depending on if the person facing other conditions, disabilities, mental health other problems they may face, etc, the person's health and wellbeing.

It may depend on how several they face Anxiety etc. However, in some cases, it may be mild where the situation may seem worse to the person what it is really, even having situations before due to having Anxiety it's easy for the person to overthink so never judge someone by saying you have faced this before you know what to expect, no matter how many times someone faces something or not, Anxiety is still there inside that person. Yes, there are different things to help like exercise, diet, etc, it may help a bit but it doesn't make the Anxiety go away so expect anything from the person.

Like depression and other problems, there are some things you can suggest to the person and like I said them makes Anxiety go away or any other condition they face, etc but it may help them a bit in the time period the person is facing whatever is concerning them. Like diet, exercise, things they enjoy maybe hobbies, interests, arts, crafts, careers, etc. You can only suggest these options but not forus them to do them, it is completely their choice what they do and doesn't decide but even if they don't decide on something now they may in the future or they may not. https://www.supportline.org.uk/problems/anxiety/

If you come across people who face Anxiety and even  Depression with other things mainly Autism, I guess the easy way to say this is, it's another block on their shoulder. This could be if your service etc does not provide enough support for them you may need to refer them elsewhere, even if it's still for them to get support from your service because with Autism mainly Anxiety and Depression can level be high because they are sensitive to certain situations.  https://adaa.org/learn-from-us/from-the-experts/blog-posts/consumer/anxiety-autism-spectrum-disorder#:~:text=Is%20Anxiety%20An%20Important%20Problem,disorder%2C%20including%20obsessive%20compulsive%20disorder.  https://www.supportline.org.uk/problems/autism-and-aspergers/
