What is meant by mental health part 1

Now, most of these disorders you may know but you may or may not have known them as mental illness.  In the past mental health wasn't really take seriously enough. To my knowledge when I was a child there was only health staff in GPS, hospitals, and dentists were the 70s and my teenage to young adult years in the 90s. When I had my breakdown in 1997 counseling and maybe even therapy hadn't been around long. Mental health is so important to a point it can affect lives but support has grown in the 21st century and we still have a long way to go.

However, it has not been easy with cuts, etc, and the Covanvirus lockdown on top of that. Even professional university lecturers, doctors, Gps, counselors, Thepests are always learning, teaching,  you, me vice versa. I am no professional I am just a person who faces disabilities, mental health, and other problems going by what I know.

Getting to the point, you may or may not know already about these but you never know whether or not you may come across them in your career, up to you but they may be useful for you to google and find out about them.

Dementia, there are several different types of Dementia that exist but affect the brain of a lot of people for example memory. Some examples of Dementia are Alzheimer's vascular dementia and frontotemporal dementia.

Examples of eating disorders Under eating Anorexia, overeating binge eating, and bulimia nervosa.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ( ADHD) term group of behaviors. Hyperactivity and Impulsiveness. (ADHD), known as hyperactive-impulsive ADHD, spurred by the child's inability to keep still or control inappropriate behavior (It is this lack of control, combined with a constantly shifting focus of interest, that spurs impulsivity.)3
