Trying to understand mental health and disorders

There are ways you can work in Mental health whether it's counseling, therapy, psychology, etc, which has grown in the past twenty years and over but we still have a long way to go. No, what we do and don't do, we cannot know everything about but we can know as much as we possibly can know. The most common disorders most people face are.

Post-traumatic stress disorder, which is also an Anxiety disorder that causes a person extreme trauma after saying an accident or some form of abuse, which you want to or need to look into more research. Here are some links to more information on anxiety  https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/mental-health/anxiety  https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/mental-health/anxiety-disorders-in-children  https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/mental-health/phobias https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/mental-health/psychosis  https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/mental-health/obsessive-compulsive-disorder-ocd  https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/mental-health/post-traumatic-stress-disorder-ptsd https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/mental-health/panic-disorder

Body dimorphic disorder someone whose very concerned about their weight, think they are overweight but very underweight. For example, they tend to spend a lot of time looking in the mirror thinking everyone notices them, which is common in teenagers and very young men and women. Attachment disorder when babies are unable to make successful attachments to primary caregivers such as Mum and Dad in the first few weeks.  https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/mental-health/mental-health-problems-after-the-birth

Hoarding disorder  When people struggle and unable to throw away anything meaning that they become distressed at the thought of parting professions and need to save them regardless of whether have value or not. Cannot seem to find any sites the same or similar to this disorder but by all means, google it if you need or want to find more information out.
