Trying to make sense of learning disabilities and mental health

Sorry as most of this I may have said already but maybe some I need to explain. This is because many get confused with a learning disability and mental health thinking they all come together, which is not so because there are people who don't have learning disabilities but they face Mental health.

Most people with a learning disability may struggle with communication and they saying why they feel as they feel. This could be part of how they feel emotionally with what they may have faced with other people. Like abuse etc for example, where what may have happened they can see but struggle to put into words for others to understand. Remember the examples I have given on past posts such as facing problems off people who think of people as friends, partners, etc, and turn out not to be, where they take advantage of them one way or another.

However, this also could be the deaths of people they know, job and business losses which are no ones' fault. This no one different from what everyone else has to cope with just that people who face disabilities, mental health, etc may need more help compared to other people, such it may take them even longer to come to terms with. This probably why people with disabilities tend to face anxiety and Depression most but that doesn't mean it's not possible to face other problems as well, it's just more so just Anxiety and Depression.

Anyone can feel sad, anxious, angerly, etc with and without a reason, this can happen to anyone at any time no matter what but these things can depend on how long one form of depression, its short form is ( SAD) Season Affective Disorder, which seem to be common the winter months, dark mornings, dark night, etc but doesn't mean it cannot happen to people the rest of year-round either.

No one knows why this is, if I am honest I think I face it myself, which I think to know but it's something beyond anyone's control where my career isn't in a straight pattern going through a long time without any to maybe suddenly a little bit, then suddenly quite a bit that only lasts a certain amount of time, this could due Autism as well and even so in coronavirus lockdown, etc. Meaning I don't really have a route.https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/guides-to-support-and-services/learning-disability-support/

Although learning disability is not a mental health problem  20 to 40 percent of people with learning disabilities face mental - ill-health due to Anxiety and Depression, even more so those who face other mental - ill-health.  https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/campaigns/world-mental-health-day, this includes, children, teenagers as well as adults. https://booksbeyondwords.co.uk/coping-with-coronavirus
