Mental health awareness

Mental health to be honest is a condition, illness, and problem rolled into one caused by how we feel, think and behave? The next question is what causes that? The answer is very often how life treats us which may not be any fault of anyone, which may be disabilities, other problems, conditions, even the world around us, stress, benefits, bullying, abuse, alcohol, drugs and the list is long as you may see on this website but some what on this list is here to try and help you. There are also different types of mental sites on this site.  https://www.supportline.org.uk/problems/mental-health/

Everyday life etc can drive us to do things that are bad for us, which is not in everyones' case but being told to stop doesn't help the person who facing what they are facing but to try and empower and encourage, etc the person slowly.  To keep nagging someone may encourage them to go on longer doing what they are doing that may not be good but to let them know you there for them when they want your advice. However' helping someone through this situation isn't advising but exploring, suggesting. Encouraging and empowering them to think and do things to their choice but letting them know what is likely to happen if they do what they say what is going to do. In this, your thoughts and concerns don't matter and the idea is to let them try for themselves if they are going to. If that doesn't work you can make other suggestions etc and it's their choice what do, what not to do etc. However' saying that you put yourself out to try your best and your help only goes so far and you don't deserve to be dependant on, abuse, etc but there's no harm in making referrals to where you allowed to depending on the person's situation, etc. Your health and safety matters as well as theirs.

Here some websites on different types of mental health to learn about.
