Understanding the difference between Epliespy and Anixety

Anxiety is a sense of fear, panic, etc in fear of what may and may not happen in situations of life or no reason at all where it could be likely to be in the person's problems, conditions, etc themselves, which if or as it does or may increase the gives us stress or stress may be the start of it before Anxiety. It is also is a build of stress if get's too much but what is similar but not the same is Epilepsy. However, it is possible to face Epliespy and Anxiety, mostly if people face disabilities, other mental health problems, or and other problems, etc. However' this is a possible concern that may or may not vary from person to person. Where if the stressor and Anxiety increase enough where some people may become unwell facing heart attack, seizures, etc.  https://www.epilepsy.org.uk/info/anxiety  https://www.healthline.com/health/anxiety/can-anxiety-cause-seizures

In what I am a research Anixety, Depression, Epilepsy is rather common, according to what it says it roughy hits 55 percent of people, it's handy surprising and common for those who face Anxiety, Depression, and Epilepsy is three problems to cause people who face three of those are a few many problems to cause people to get stressed easily not that there are no other problems that aren't same or similar, also cause at least 5% of people tend to fear, thoughts, etc of suicide even some sadly have achieved it. yes, it is hugely concerning but there is support out there, which is not easy to say to those on the whole that frame of mind. I know it's not the case everyone but I have been there myself and when I was no one could tell me otherwise, which thankfully somehow is not my way of thinking today, and not everyone lucky to manage to move on but even if you do, you don't forget what it was like. We all know as well Anxiety, Depression, Epilepsy aren't the only problems if not managed that are a risk of making people feeling they don't want to go on living. Epilepsy it is not as such as it isn't a mental health issue, although may this may or may not need more research by health professionals but if some people get too stressed it could increase into seizures depending on the person, what they face, health, etc.  https://jnnp.bmj.com/content/76/suppl_1/i45  https://epilepsysociety.org.uk/living-epilepsy/wellbeing/links-between-epilepsy-and-mood
