Attention defict hyperactivity disorders ( ADHD) and problems linked and not

ADHD is a huge disorder and may even be a Mental health condition all in one, it's possible to have other problems linked to it such as Autism, Epilepsy, Anxiety, Depression, and possibly more. However it's not always necessary so that every single person facing will get all these things it may be some, it may well vary from person to person.

As I said on many posts on this website I can only speak from my own experience, which is I have had the problems I faced all my life and will do for the rest of my life, at birth through a lack of oxygen. However' some things I may have improved compared to my early years of life.

According to the NHS website, there are 2 types of ADHD. meaning according to the NHS 2 types of behavior Hyperactivity and impulsiveness, which in most peoples' cases it could be both.  However just to confuse us some people face not hyperactive and not Impulsiveness.  I may have misunderstood the NHS but to my understanding, the condition becomes when not hyperactive and not Impulsiveness as (ADD). They ( ADD) is likely to be less noticed than ADHD.

Common signs in ( ADHD) mainly in children.

Short-term attention span and easily distracted.

A lot of mistakes for example in their school work

Forgetting and losing things

Struggling to stick to tasks until they are finished, which may become the same in work life as well. This could be also an example of the person when starting to read a book and not read the whole book.

Therefore when it comes to saying writing something that has a lot of work whether it's for studies, school project work document, etc the person is likely to need support to get it all done and done on time to when it needs to be done for.

This doesn't necessarily mean the person has no interest in the topic or they are stopping done on purpose, they are struggling to do it correctly and the time it needs to be done.

This I understand because I face lacking concentration, even comphension, and understanding myself. However' in some things which can vary to what I may have improved and I hope it raises hope to others who face the same if not similar.

I guess I don't really need to say but I will anyway in case there's anyone who doesn't know,  lack of Comprehensive, which hard for others to understand, the person can read, yet enjoy what they are reading but strangely struggle to remember what they were reading about. It has improved quite a bit for myself in adult life but in childhood in school, I struggled pretty bad with it, still, things I still do struggle with as far as that is concerned.

Time management can also be a struggle, in fact in my teens and 20s I was bad at it to the point now it worries me if I still am, meaning it can be hard to get buses to say to the times I need to travel to meetings, appointments, etc. Lucky enough in the last 15 years or so I have come across a good many understandable people towards my disabilities etc.

  • appearing to be unable to listen to or carry out instructions
  • constantly changing activity or task
  • having difficulty organizing tasks
This can be hyperactive and

impulsiveness

Not being able to sit still fidging etc.
Struggling to concentrate on tasks.
Nonstop physical movement.
Struggle to wait their turn.
Talking a lot while classes, lectures, lessons, etc are trying to start going on, etc.
Talking over people, interrupting when people are talking, etc.
Little or no sense of danger or direction etc.
They may struggle to cope with too many things going on at once multitask etc.

It can take a long time for a person to become aware of their own actions and understand how it has an effect on others when they do they try and struggle to find ways of improving that at least. When the person is awareness causes them a sense of embarrassment, shame guilt, etc.
However it shouldn't be impossible for these people to able to lead an equal life as possible to other people, they just need the right support. By the signs of ( ADHD), it may seem to others as they have no hope at all but when they catch up with the right support it is possible to make a success that they never excepted or you.
In school, I faced misunderstanding because I couldn't learn, I was bullied to a point I hated every day of my school life., etc for being in most children's minds I was thick, etc, not being big-headed and I know it's just involvement, not a job but never less I never saw myself lecturing students on learning disability, mental health, etc. Where there's a negative there's a positive.
