It's real it's not all in our minds

No one is alone and I guess many can this experience, on the whole as I said before mental health is not seen and there was a time it never used to be heard, now it is but we need to listen more. There can be all sorts of causes to mental health and yes in most as I said my last post for example whether someone is rich, poor, etc, or just well off in most cases, it isn't always the reason. Although, yes poverty is a serious situation too when you nothing to live on, etc then, yes if your famous and you are facing a lot of say the press say for example when is your next record coming out, etc? It becomes too much for a person if they are facing that a lot in their lives, which could anything, which could be about their personal life to give the press, media, etc an excuse to write a story lol!

Here is something else I need to be careful how I say but I feel they very important serious people tend to face from other people. Most of us have mixed with the wrong sort of people time after time or maybe not in some cases, or and some may have been insecure for whatever reason or faced mental health problems themselves even but all the same, others have been hurt through it one way or the others whether it's bullying, rape, abuse, etc. These things may not be necessarily be faced by people who know necessary. For example, one could be walking down the street and the unexcepted of whatever that may be could happen. These things can leave a person seriously distressed and may even scar them for life and they need all help they possibly can get, not sure you agree but I think these situations are probably the most serious side of mental health cause the person could have to face them off someone whose a stranger, who they thought was a friend or partner, or even family, etc. I will now put a few sites you can learn from, sorry if it may be things you know already but it's there in the case for those who may not know. https://www.supportline.org.uk/problems/assertiveness/  https://www.supportline.org.uk/problems/cyber-bulling/ https://www.supportline.org.uk/problems/bullying-at-school/ https://www.supportline.org.uk/problems/bullying-in-the-workplace/
